The End of the Cold War Marked the Beginning of Violations of International Law and the UN Charter, the US and European Sanctions are a Violation of Law of Sovereignty, These Countries Impose Sanctions in the Interest of Their Foreign Policy and Force One Hundred and Fifty Countries of the World to Follow It

The recent victim of this policy is Pakistan, why did Prime Minister Imran Khan go to meet Russian President Putin? Imran Khan violated US sanctions on Russia, so he must remove from power. The governor of California has more sovereign rights under the US Constitution, he can go to China and do trade deals, but the Prime Minister of Pakistan cannot do trade deals with Russia under the sovereign rights of the UN Charter

"Ukraine has the same rights that every sovereign nation" President Biden addressed to the UN GerenalAssembly, Sept26, 2022

President Bush's address to the nation regarding the war with Iraq "The regime has a history of reckless aggression in the Middle East, it has aided, trained and harbored terrorists, including operative of al-Qaeda

President Barack Obama about the Situation in Libya at the White House, March 18, 2011

Three decades after the end of the Cold War, when the world is on the brink of World War III, now it said that the UN Charter of 1945, which said to respect the sovereignty of nations, should also be implemented on the international laws related to it. After the end of the Cold War, it was the US, its European allies, and NATO that ignored the laws of sovereignty and made a policy of attacking sovereign countries, and international laws were violated. At that time, violations of international law were considered their right. The US had attacked sovereign countries that were never a threat to its security. They were dragged into the so-called war on terror. The CIA had conducted operations against terrorists on the territory of sovereign countries. And all those who were caught were later found innocent. NATO’s involvement in these military operations with the US was a violation of international law.

The NATO military pact was created for the security and defense of Western Europe during the Cold War. The charter which was signed only by the countries of Western Europe, and NATO will place on the border of Western Europe, with the fall of the Berlin Wall, NATO should dismantle it. But their hidden ambition was to militarize the world and for that purpose, NATO gave a new mission. After 9/11, international law was suspended, and the law of President America came to the world. Congress had given war powers to the President. The President had misused the war power. The Taliban did not attack the United States. The Taliban, who became Mujahideen for the United States in the war against the Soviet Union, fought the Soviet forces. They destroyed their own country in this war, but the United States won the Cold War, and now America had become their enemy. Even then it said that Soviet forces had occupied a sovereign Islamic country, and it was called a violation of the UN Charter. But 23 years later, the United States invaded Afghanistan to eliminate Al-Qaeda. The US claimed that Al-Qaeda had conducted the 9/11 attack on the US. This war could have been avoided; Mullah Omar was willing to hand over al-Qaeda leaders to a third country. the President had to use the war power in all cases. This war aimed at eliminating al-Qaeda from Afghanistan. But then it said that the war would continue until the Taliban was eliminated. In this mission, the United States called for NATO troops in Afghanistan. Under which international law and UN charter were foreign forces going to eliminate the Taliban? The armies of the world’s richest countries were fighting with the world’s poorest people in a war-torn country. Even a lion in the forest, when it sees animals sick and dying, the lion does not kill it. It was NATO’s pre-emptive war against Afghanistan. NATO forces from Afghanistan conducted four hundred drone strikes inside Pakistan. This NATO strike was the cornerstone of bringing the war on terror to Pakistan. Pakistan was given the honor of being a non-NATO member by President Bush. The general was delighted with the honor and their cooperation with NATO increased four-fold. NATO’s strikes inside Pakistan were a violation of international law and the UN law of Sovereignty.

The US-UK pre-emptive attack on Iraq, a sovereign country, was illegal, as Secretary General UN Kofi Annan said. Iraq did not attack America or Britain, but they attacked Iraq. The United Nations Security Council did not authorize to attack on Iraq. But the United States and Great Britain occupied Iraq and established their own government in Baghdad. They fired Iraqis from all government offices. It was a gross violation of a country’s sovereignty. How the most powerful countries were occupying and destroying the poor, small, and weak countries. International law and the UN Charter were not with them, they were so powerful. Colonel Muammar Gaddafi handed over all his deadly weapons to the 43rd President George Bush. President Gaddafi now can remain in power and no action will take against him, assured by President Bush. When 44th President Barrack Obama came to power, he along with France, Great Britain, and NATO, bombed Libya and ended the Gaddafi government. The reason given was that President Gaddafi was about to commit genocide against his opponents in Benghazi. They handed over Libya to Islamic extremists. America and NATO have destabilized the region. This is the way they expand the war against terror. Under which international laws NATO bombed a sovereign Libya? Where was the UN Charter? Even under the leadership of 44th President Obama, ruins have been created in Syria. Syria did not attack America. Then why was Syria a sovereign country destroyed? And under what law was it destroyed? President Obama was a professor of law. But he was violating international laws and the UN Charter. It is a history of continuous violations of international law and the UN Charter. Israel also participates in this, which continues to bomb sovereign countries in the Middle East.

"We have questions and concerns about the Ukraine war,” Xi said to a Close Friend Putin, this is China’s Greatness Talking to a Friend Frankly and Openly, America Never Talks to Its Close Friend Israel Like That

"We have questions and concerns about the Ukraine war,” Xi said to a Close Friend Putin, this is China’s  Greatness Talking to a Friend Frankly and Openly, America Never Talks to Its Close Friend Israel Like That

Before we condemned Russia, there is a question from America and Europe that the way democracy has been overthrown in Pakistan, and brought in power the most corrupt people, whose corruption cases are in the courts, and they are on bails if Russia has done it, then what would be their reaction to it? Pakistan, which is an Islamic country, has taken democracy from it and given it “corruptocracy” and then there is talk of democracy and aristocracy

President Putin and President Xi are meeting in the ancient Silk Road city Samarkand, Uzbekistan

President Putin and Prime Minister Modi attend a meeting on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, Sept16, 2022

China is not America and America is not China. China’s foreign policy is principled and very consistent. China is against interference in sovereign countries. If China is against US intervention in Taiwan, then how will China support the intervention in Ukraine? Then China also knows how the military powers are doing aggression in the world, and how these military powers pose a threat to China’s national and economic security in Taiwan and the South China Sea. This act of aggression is forcing China to resort to retaliatory military action. While Russia is surrounded by NATO forces from all sides in Europe, and NATO has put Ukraine at the forefront of its war against Russia. China also considers Russia’s special military operation imperative. Therefore, China has neither opposed nor supported Russia’s war against Ukraine but maintained the importance of its relations with Russia. It is no sense that America has declared China as a strategic enemy and now China should oppose Russia for America. The world also understands very well that since the end of the Cold War, who has the passion to fight wars with weapons, missiles, and drones? These wars are being waged to keep arms manufacturing companies alive. And then these wars continue for years. Thus, all the resources spent on human development are spent on inventing weapons that do more harm to humanity.

Forty million Americans are living on government assistance. The US will pay the salaries of Ukrainian government employees for six months after which the European Union will pay. The war has bankrupted Ukraine’s government. The United States has given almost 20 billion dollars to Ukraine, while billions of dollars worth of weapons are in addition. When the Internal Revenue Service reported that this year, it collected the highest income tax in history at $1.3 trillion. Congress and the administration have opened the treasury on the Ukraine war. President Biden is not spending as much on his plan to Build, Back, Better America as he is on the war to defeat Russia. Americans work hard, pay taxes to the government, and the government fights wars with it. The American people live hand to mouth.

When President Xi asked President Putin to end the war in Ukraine, on which President Putin said that war has been imposed on us. Until the end, we tried to resolve the conflict through talks with Ukraine, but US weapons and NATO’s troops have reached our borders. We did not want this war at all. The United States is giving Ukraine more deadly missiles and weapons that Ukraine is using against Russia. After listening to President Putin’s answer, President Xi came to Taiwan, to which the United States is giving billions of dollars worth of weapons, and one day Taiwan will be made Ukraine for China, and these weapons will be used against China. And there the interests of China and Russia deepen. No country in the world will sacrifice its national interests for these inhumane nonsense wars of NATO. The world cannot believe that the US and NATO fought a war in Afghanistan for 20 years and lost. When the team loses, it goes home and does not go to the championship. But the US and NATO have come to Ukraine for the championship in war. Ukraine is an unnecessary war. There could have been a peaceful solution, but NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg blocked every attempt at peace at every step. Indian Prime Minister Modi told President Putin “I know that today’s era is not of war.” Prime Minister Modi’s allusion was to the US and NATO countries who have been waging wars around the world for 21 years.

Is This the New Policy of America and Europe, Corrupt Leaders in the Third World Countries Will Replace the Military Dictators of the Cold War Era?

Is This the New Policy of America and Europe, Corrupt Leaders in the Third World Countries Will Replace the Military Dictators of the Cold War Era?

In the five decades of India’s relationship with the Soviet Union, the democratic institutions in India were strengthened, but in the two decades of strategic relations between the United States and India, the democratic institutions in India have weakened and are declining.

This leader is America's first choice to become a ruler in Pakistan

Among the third-world countries, Pakistan is currently the only sovereign country where America has complete freedom to interfere in its internal politics. Four years ago, there was an uproar over Russian interference in American elections. The world was given the impression that Donald Trump was elected president because of Russian interference in the election, and $60 million was spent on its investigation. President Trump was being impeached. Although President Putin, when asked about it, said, “Nonsense, America is not a Banana republic.” But the problem is that the leaders in America, what they say is wrong for themselves, is considered right for others.

Third-world leaders should question the Biden administration as to why it has conspired against a democratic government in Pakistan that was taking tough measures against corruption and making the democratic system more transparent, and in its place, it has supported leaders who were in government for more than three decades and were involved in steep corruption. There were money laundering cases against them in the courts and they were on bail. The Supreme Court and the army of Pakistan were used to bring such leaders to power. That is, the Supreme Court and the army were also dragged into corruption along with them. Let the world know if this is the rule of law that America’s leaders preach to the world? This is a great injustice to the people of Pakistan. This conspiracy against democracy in Pakistan is like Bin Laden’s terrorism against the United States, where it was said that Bin Laden wanted to destroy the democratic system and freedom of the United States. what is surprising is the corrupt leaders who are on bail and are in government—corrupting the Rule of Law. The civilized nations of Europe are silent on the way the rule of law is being rapped in Pakistan and they stand with America. President Joe Biden talks about promoting democracy in the world but does not talk against corruption. What is the reason for this? Rather, republicans in Congress are also silent on it. There was corruption in the American government during the military occupation of Iraq. According to the Auditor General’s report, $90 billion was missing from the Iraq fund. The massive corruption of thousands of dollars in the US and NATO military occupation in the Afghanistan war was reported in the reports of the Auditor General.

For 20 years America promoted corruption in Afghanistan. Is it the policy of the US and the West to keep Islamic countries in the corrupt system or to find corrupt leaders in the third world and use them for their foreign policy goals in the same way they used corrupt military dictators against communist dictators in the Cold War? But in the end, the system of dictators in the third world has ended and the communist dictators have also ended in the world.  America and the West now stand at an intersection and cannot find leaders in the Third World that will serve their foreign policy interests. Constitution, democracy, and rule of law are being strengthened in the third world. Corruption is being cleaned up by the rule of law. But in the countries where the democratic institutions are weak and the rule of law is trying to make its place, there America’s intervention is pushing the corrupt leaders forward, which the world is currently seeing in Pakistan, an important country in the Islamic world.

President General Musharraf should not have accepted the Bush administration’s political intervention in Pakistan in 2007. Military generals have not gained as much as they have lost in their relationship with the United States. As a result of this intervention, Benazir Bhutto was killed, and the corrupt leaders came out alive from the corruption cases in the courts. Asif Zardari who was convicted by the Swiss court in the money laundering case, he got his 60 million dollars from the Swiss bank, which was frozen by the Swiss government at the request of the Pakistan government. Instead of handing Zardari over to Interpol, the US made Zardari sit in the presidential palace. The Bush administration gave this rule of law to Pakistan. Pakistan’s corrupt leaders were then used to spread America’s war against terrorism. The Bush administration did not help the people of Pakistan against corruption, but the corrupt leaders of Pakistan helped the Bush administration in promoting the war on terror.

Gorbachev Brought Down the Berlin Wall and America Built the NATO Wall Around Russia, Chaotic and Bloody Post-Cold War World

Gorbachev Brought Down the Berlin Wall and America Built the NATO Wall Around Russia, Chaotic and Bloody Post-Cold War World

Mujeeb Khan

President Mikhail Gorbachev, President Vladimir Putin

Mikhail Gorbachev was deeply sad that the cause for which he had worked all his life was lost. The West for which he had dismantled the Soviet Empire and united Germany has turned out to be the enemy of Russia today. The West has started its proxy war against Russia through Ukraine. Today, the West hates Russia more than during the Cold War, although the West dealt with more hardline leaders than President Putin in the Soviet Union during the Cold War. President Putin was a flexible and open-minded leader. President Putin had some reservations about Russia’s place on the world stage. Boris Yeltsin should not have taken over the leadership of Russia after the fall of the Soviet Empire, most of Boris Yeltsin’s time was spent drinking and getting drunk. President Boris Yeltsin had no idea what happening in his country. Most of the problems for the people of Russia were caused by his leadership, as lawlessness, anarchy, chaos, looting of state assets and terrorism started in Russia. Russia was in a worse situation than the fall of the Shah of Iran’s empire in Iran. The economy was so bad that people were forced to beg for a loaf of bread on the streets and in the subway. Just as today Ukraine does not have the funds to pay the salaries of civil servants, the same was the case in Russia at that time. On the other hand, separatist rebellions were rising in the Russian caucuses. The civil war in Chechnya opened the front of the war against Moscow. Chechen terrorism was spreading in Russia, and bombs were going off in Moscow. Hundreds of Russian citizens were killed by Chechen terrorism. Russia owed Germany $80 billion during the Cold War. Russia was in such a bad situation that the Western countries did not like to look at it. A general impression in the West was that it would take a long time for Russia to get out of this situation. By that time, the world will have advanced, and the United States will be the sole power in the world. The lack of leadership in Russia was temporary, but the economic potential was great. The Russians paid this price for the collapse of the Soviet Empire.

Vladimir Putin became Prime Minister in 1999 in the government of President Boris Yeltsin. Before that, Putin was the director of the Federal Security Service. Putin became acting president after President Boris Yeltsin resigned, and a few months later, Putin became the president of Russia. In the first four years of President Putin’s administration, Russia’s economy grew by 7 percent per year. President Putin ended the Chechen secession war. Chechnya was destroyed in the civil war. President Putin rebuilt it and resettled the Chechens in their homes. It was a great success for President Putin to revive the economy of Chechnya. In a very short period, President Putin paid off Germany’s 80-billion-dollar debt. Along with other sectors of the Russian economy, the oil and gas industry was also developing. Russia had the fastest-growing economy in Europe. Russia has good relations with almost all European countries. Russia has become a major trading partner of the European Union. Therefore, Russia did not make a big issue about its neighbors joining NATO. In the countries of Eastern Europe which join NATO, Russia did not interfere in these countries and did not disturb their democratic system.

America’s post-Cold War era was the beginning of endless wars instead of promoting peace in the world. The United States had violated the commitment it had made to President Gorbachev that NATO would not expand near Russia’s borders. President Gorbachev ended the Cold War for peace in the world, but the United States looking for new wars in the world. In the first post-Cold War, President George H. Bush launched a preemptive attack on Panama just months after the end of the Cold War, and President Manuel Noriega was handcuffed from his presidential palace and brought to America by the US military. When President Bush was the director of the CIA, President Noriega was an asset to the CIA. During the Cold War, Noriega was used to laundering money in the war against the left in Latin America. This was a serious violation of the Law of Sovereignty. America had set the stage to be the sole power in the world. President George H. Bush deceived President Saddam Hussein by telling him that if he sent his troops into Kuwait, the United States would not do anything, it was an Arab problem, after Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, it became America’s problem, and America’s second preemptive war was against Iraq.   The Cold War was over, and America’s depots were full of weapons these weapons now had to be used somewhere, and the Middle East was the best place to use these weapons. In the 30 years since the end of the Cold War, the US and NATO have only been giving the world wars. These weapons are being used in the war on terror. some countries have been destroyed in the name of regime change; some countries have been destroyed as a threat to the security of the United States. in some countries, war has been waged to keep up the supply of arms. A new cold war has become necessary for world peace.

Foreign Interference Has Caused Chaos and Destruction in the Islamic World, Islamic Countries Stop Foreign Interference in Their Domestic and Regional Affairs

Foreign Interference Has Caused Chaos and Destruction in the Islamic World, Islamic Countries Stop Foreign Interference in Their Domestic and Regional Affairs

The Leaders of Latin America have taken tremendous steps to stop foreign interference. The powerful military of the Cold War era was disciplined by leaders and placed in the grip of their strong political institutions.

Chile, the most populous city in Chile also known as the Region of Chile

El Salvador, city Salvador was the Jewel in the Crown of the Portuguese Empire

Syria, Foreign interference Caused destruction

Libya, Foreign interference caused destruction

The end of the Cold War has not benefited humanity but destroyed humanity. During the Cold War, Western countries cared more about the people for fear that they would rebel against their system, and revolutionary tendencies will arise in them and they will become rebels. Therefore, the labor unions in the western countries were given rights compared to the communist countries, and a six-week paid vacation was given. It used to be 35 hours of the work week. Medical facilities were also comparable to those available to people in communist countries. But then after the end of the cold war, it will gradually disappear. Trade unions were abolished in America, and workers’ benefits were eliminated or reduced. But Trade unions were strong in Western countries, so governments there faced strong resistance to abolishing them. The former communist countries of Eastern Europe that joined the European Union were happy at first. Still, when they did not get the privileges they enjoyed in the previous system, they started to miss the previous era. The Populism and Far Right emerged because of this sense of deprivation.

On the other hand, it noted that the anti-people trend has increased in the old NATO countries. Russia was not a problem for the people of Ukraine. However, it was the problem of US and NATO’s military politics, and their politics destroyed the lives of the people of Ukraine, their families suffered, destroyed their country, and this is anti-people’s. The United States and NATO fought a war in Afghanistan for twenty years only to annihilate the Taliban. Thousands of Afghans were killed in this war, including women and children. Afghanistan was one of the poorest countries in the world, and it was also a battle between the rich and the poor. What did the people of Libya do against the US and NATO that they have thrown their lives into chaos? Two million Syrians have been in refugee camps in different countries of the world for eleven years. what was their fault? For which they are getting this punishment. In Syria’s neighborhood, Israel occupies the Arab territories and a large part of Syria is occupied by the United States. Then Yemen fought against Saudi Arabia. Millions of Yemenis were killed in this war. Both sides were using the weapons of America and Western countries. They used to accuse Iran that Iran is helping the Houthis and providing them weapons. They made the Saudis the enemy of Iran and made Israel the friend of the Arabs. But America gave a signal, and the Saudi-Yemen war was over in one day. Where was Iran in this drama? It was the politics of bringing the Arabs into Israel’s orbit. Arabs are Bedouins, if they had the wisdom and they used it wisely, the map of the Islamic world would have been different today. Arabs do not understand that imperial and colonial powers have their own agenda when they intervene in a country or region, and the chaos created by their interference becomes the status quo of the region.

The US has not given democracy and freedom to the people in the Middle East but is giving billions of dollars worth of weapons to their governments. These rulers said that they should not be afraid of Israel, with whom the Arabs have fought four wars and Israel still occupies their lands. But what are the Arabs afraid of Iran? In Egypt, the Obama administration supported the Egyptian people’s peaceful movement for democracy. But the overthrow of democracy in Egypt was not by Russia, but by two close allies of the United States, Israel, and Saudi Arabia. The army seized power. The Egyptian people’s dream of democratic freedom has been shattered. The military government filled the prisons with supporters of democracy. It announced to give of death sentences to nine hundred members of the democratic government, among them was the president of the democratic government, Muhammad Morsi. The Obama administration had turned its back on Egypt. America had betrayed the Egyptian people.

People in Latin America suffered most from pro-US military regimes during the Cold War. They have given their lives fighting communists for America for nothing and now they do not want US intervention in their region. They see peace without US interference in their affairs. The George Bush administration had plotted to overthrow the Hugo Chavez government in Venezuela, and the military regime recognized it immediately. But none of the Latin American governments support the Bush administration’s action and restored the Chavez government. The United States once again intervened in Venezuela. The Trump administration recognized the opposition candidate as the elected president over President Nicolas Maduro in the Venezuela election. The European Union also declared the opposition leader as the elected president. President Trump sent the US fleet to depose Venezuelan President Maduro and install the opposition leader as president, but every government in the region strongly opposed it, and the US once had to back down.

Regime change is not such a big problem in the Islamic world. Whenever there is a question of regime change, the US and political opponents are always on the same page. Leaders in Pakistan say that no prime minister has ever completed his term in Pakistan, and we say that the United States has not intervened to change the government in any country in the world as it must intervene to change the government in Pakistan. Pakistan is easy for them. Corrupt leaders are better servants for America. instead of supporting and helping Prime Minister Imran Khan’s effort against corruption in Pakistan, they have conspired with corrupt leaders and imposed them on Pakistan. America has encouraged corruption in Pakistan.
