After his brother’s
arrest, King Charles said, “No one is above the law.” Britain had ranked first
in the world in the rule of law, since its Empire, when Britain ruled the world, and the Empire was successful. The rule of law in the American “Empire” is becoming
blurred. This is not only happening under President Trump’s administration, but
under the Bush, Obama, and Biden administrations; the rule of law is becoming
secondary or less important. America’s preemptive attacks in the world are
gross violations of the rule of law. Sending troops into sovereign nations and
kidnapping their heads of state is a gross violation of the rule of law. The
Obama-Biden administration recognized the military rule of the government over
the constitutional rule of law and over the elected government in Egypt. This US administration
was professors of law, who taught the rule of law.
The leaders of
Al-Qaeda were not presented in the federal court according to the due legal process.
They were kept out of the court, and killed, why? Osama bin Laden would
tell the court and the world that he was an ally of America against the Soviet
Union in Afghanistan. The CIA trained them, and they fought the Soviet military as the CIA planned, terrorism against the Soviet army in Afghanistan. For these reasons, the
administration bypassed the court, rule of law. The rule of law in America has
weakened since 9/11.
Has the US made the
Israeli government establish the rule of law in the Palestinian territories
under Israeli control? The US has called Israel’s military action under
occupation of the Palestinians a right to self-defense, but under what law
should the people defend themselves against Israeli occupied military’s
aggressions? The US strongly condemned the judges in the International Court of
Justice for starting to proceed against Israeli leaders in the Palestinian
genocide case and banned these judges from entering the US. The British King
Charles has said that no one is above the law, but every US president has
placed Israeli leaders above the law since 1948, and Benjamin Netanyahu is
above the law.
America has always
supported the military's rule of law in Pakistan. President Joe Biden, a law professor,
overthrew the constitutional rule of law in Pakistan through the military and
installed the B-team leaders of the generals who are followers of the military
rule of law. America has always considered Pakistan’s generals above the law, and in
Quid pro quo, generals have considered America’s interference in Pakistan’s
internal affairs above the law of sovereignty. President Trump blames President
Biden for the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States, whose
administration kept the borders open to illegal immigrants. President Trump is
now expelling illegal immigrants from the fifty states of America. But is the only
state where illegal immigrant leaders have illegally crossed the constitutional
border and seized the government. President Trump is calling illegal
immigrant Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir great
leaders and a great field marshal. President Trump is hugging the illegal “immigrant” prime
minister, praising three time retired, fourth-time illegal “immigrant” field
marshal. President Trump has taken all his troops and weapons from the United
States to the gates of Iran in support of the Iranian people. “No one is above
the law.” This rule of law is a control base. The people of Pakistan do not
deserve American justice.
