President Jimmy Carter came to power in 1977. President Carter made human rights a cornerstone of his foreign policy. President Carter used his human rights policy against the Shah of Iran, as a result of which the Shah of Iran Fell. But then the Carter administration turned its back on General Zia-ul-Haq's brutal human rights violations in Iran's neighbor Pakistan. And gave stability to the dictatorship of General Zia. At that time, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was the most popular leader of the people in Pakistan. After President Carter came to power, the military overthrew democracy in Pakistan. For 75 years in Pakistan, America's policy has been against people's rights and is pro-military. President Biden has revived this Pakistan policy after 46 years and another popular leader of Pakistan has been overthrown, and the Autocracy has been established. This rule base order is not in the interest of the people of Pakistan.
        
 

  Currently, the so-called democracy in Pakistan’s politics is based on the rule-based order, so Western countries are turning away from saying anything to condemn it. It is very sad that America and Europe supported corrupt dictators during the Cold War and now they are supporting the most corrupt political leaders in the same rule base order, on whose back is the army. In the eyes of America and Europe, this is a democracy, but for the people of this country, it is autocracy. And there is autocracy in Pakistan. The people of Pakistan are realizing that America and Europe, who believe in the rule of law, accepted the corrupt leaders in Pakistan, whose cases were in the courts, and they were on bail, in the government. Undoubtedly, people anywhere in the world will not like this double standard between America and Europe. The interesting thing about this rule-based order is that the Army Chief, General Bajwa, who was in a responsible position, brings these leaders to power through a judicial order. Before the court cleared these leaders in the corruption cases through the judicial process, they were in the government, as the court legalized their corruption. They had taken a no-confidence vote against the Imran Khan government by asking people to end the high food prices, but they first started ending their own corruption cases by making changes in the law, then disappearing the records of their corruption and assassinating the witnesses. These corrupt leaders knew their friends were in the Biden White House. Joe Biden, when he was a senator, used to visit Pakistan with Senator John Kerry, and used to visit Nawaz Sharif at his residence in Lahore. Joe Biden had similar relations with Asif Zardari. Asif Zardari said, when Joe Biden was elected president, “Our friends have come to the White House.” This statement of Bilawal Zardari is on record, he gave it after coming from a visit to America at the beginning of 2022 that Imran Khan will not be able to complete his term of power and will leave by the end of this year. But Imran Khan’s government ended sooner on April 9, 2022. President Biden never talked about the corruption of leaders in Pakistan. When Joe Biden was a senator and vice president, he made a statement about corruption in the Karzai government in Afghanistan. But the corrupt governments of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari in Pakistan had turned away. In 2007, President Bush asked President General Pervez Musharraf to pardon these corrupt leaders while interfering in Pakistan’s internal politics. Although their cases were in the courts. In America, the president never pardons anyone until his case is decided in court. But President Bush wanted to use these leaders in the war against terror. It had been 34 years since the end of the Cold War, but the Cold War mentality was still alive. America always used military dictators in third-world countries in the cold war. Now America will use corrupt political leaders in its foreign policy and security interest under the banner of democratic government. What was the reason for removing Imran Khan from power and creating chaos and destabilizing Pakistan. The Prime Minister of Israel went to Russia, why? Because Israel is a sovereign country and Pakistan is not a sovereign country? India made 32 billion dollars by buying oil from Russia and selling it to America. But the people of Pakistan lost 32 billion dollars to the Biden administration. Why is this double standard in American policy toward Pakistan. We were against discrimination when there was discrimination against blacks in America and we used to protest it when we were in high school. When the United States imposed restrictions on Muhammad Ali Clay. We used to condemn America’s this policy. When the United States supported the Mujahideen Taliban, we opposed the United States because we knew that the Mujahideen Taliban discriminated against women. But we were told that we are against America. And today Senator Chuck Schumer says Imran Khan is against America and Shabaz Sarif is good for America. Yes, this Shabaz Sharif, his brother Nawaz Sherif, and his party PML-N have been with Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda and Taliban since the 1980s. Nawaz Sharif went to bin Laden to seek financial help to defeat Benazir Bhutto in the election.  Nawaz Sharif was bringing the Taliban system in Pakistan and asked the National Assembly to approve it. President Bill Clinton was worried about what they were doing to a moderate country. And the Biden administration has a role to overthrow Imran Khan from power and bringing back these people to power. This change in Pakistan and its neighbors was welcomed by terrorists as the 1980s came again. During the 16 months of Shabaz Sharif’s government, there have been more than twenty incidents of terrorism in Pakistan. In around three hundred people have been killed. This was the most irresponsible policy of the Biden administration. If there is a country in the world that needs stability and peace, it is Pakistan. In any case, the Biden administration should give importance to the continuation of the political process in Pakistan. Strict implementation of the constitution and law would be emphasized. When there is stability in the country, the economy makes its own way forward.

This suggests that in eighteen months NATO has strengthened or is showing signs of weakening. But Prime Minister Modi came on a one-day visit to the United Arab Emirates to reach an agreement to trade in Indian currency between the two countries. America has become worried about the security of its dollar domination in the world. In this troubled situation, it came out of President Biden’s mouth that “stop attacking Russia.” it seems that President Biden wants a solution to end the Ukraine-Russia war before the end of this year.

  The effects of the Ukraine-Russia war are now felt in the economy of European countries. In the first quarter of this year, was flat, Britain’s GDP was zero, while Germany‘s was 2 percent and France’s was 1 percent. President Biden, 18 months ago at the beginning of this war, said on the severe economic sanctions on Russia that the world had never seen such sanctions. Russia banned from using the dollar, euro, and Japanese yuan. The economic sanctions of America and Europe have not affected Russia much. Russia trades in Chinese currency, and the countries that are trading with Russia are also paying in Chinese currency. Russia’s oil and gas exports were banned. But Russia’s oil was coming to America through India, and India paid Russia in Chinese currency. India made $32 billion from this trade and had good relations with both the United States and Russia. But Prime Minister Imran Khan was punished by the Biden administration for having good relations with Russia, who went to Moscow to buy cheap oil for his people. The IMF Board of Directors will approve three billion dollars in aid to the government of Pakistan in a few days. It will be the first time in the history of the IMF that it will give aid to a government that is highly corrupt, with cabinet ministers including Prime Ministers facing corruption cases in the court and they were on bail. Prime Minister Imran Khan had taken a strong stance on the rule of law and against corruption. In his first address to the United Nations General Assembly, Prime Minister Imran khan appealed for help and cooperation from developed countries to end corruption in developing countries, especially Pakistan. But sadly, the developed countries did not respond in a positive way to it. The developed countries have a policy of choosing the leaders in developing countries in their own political interests. And developed countries did not consider the Imran Khan government to be in their interests. They have experience in dealing with corrupt leaders and it easily fits into their policies.

 If Donald Trump elected president of America, Pakistan would never have faced this situation, President Trump was a corporate business leader and he understood how much damage a corrupt manager causes to a company. The Corrupt Third World leaders are used by the leaders of developed countries as nuts and bolts in their foreign-security policies. The most corrupt leaders in Pakistan have come to power with the silent support of America and European countries. First, these corrupt leaders bribed the MPs of the coalition government to pave the way for a no-confidence vote against the Imran Khan government. Then Army Chief Javed Bajwa, who was retiring in a few months and leaving the country, bribed a five-hundred-pound gorilla, they took help from the Army Chief. Imran Khan’s government was overthrown by the military-political establishment. It became necessary for them to remove Imran Khan from power because they could not prove themselves innocent in corruption cases in the courts of law. After seizing power, they first took measures to end their corruption cases and made changes in the law, removing officials from various institutions whom they considered a threat to themselves. They had acquitted themselves in corruption cases by declaring they did nothing wrong. If the legal system in developed civilized countries does not work like this, then they should condemn what is happening in Pakistan.

Just as they were running away from facing the courts because they could not prove themselves innocent or “nothing did wrong” in the court, now they are running away from the elections because they cannot win the elections. They did not hold elections in the two provinces according to the constitution and they grossly violated the constitution. The Supreme Court had ordered the government to hold elections twice in the two provinces, but not holding elections was contempt of the court. The law minister of the government told the Supreme Court that the incidents of terrorism are increasing in the country, the situation is bad, and elections cannot be held. Then there were headlines in British newspapers that terrorism is rising in Pakistan. Then the reaction of the United States came, the government ran away hiding its face behind Army Chief General Asim Munir. Now the government-sponsored terrorism happening against the Tehreek-e-Insaaf’s leaders, workers and supporters harassed, tortured, and threatened. The government has closed all the doors of the media for Tehreek-e-Insaaf and its leaders. Despite this criminal campaign of the government, instead of leaving Imran Khan’s side, people are standing behind him with firm commitment. The military-political establishment staged the drama of May 9 in an extremely hypocritical manner, but it also had no effect on the public. In the end, it proposed to ban Tehreek-e-Insaaf for the duration of the election, and Imran Khan should disqualify.

The IMF Board of Directors must review this political behavior of the government before approving $ 3 billion in aid to Pakistan. A regime that does not respect the constitution, has insulted the Supreme Court, has broken the law, and is adopting undemocratic, unethical, unpolitical methods to exclude Imran Khan and his party from politics. This is a long-standing demand of the Arab-Islamic countries. America has accepted every demand of Israel in seventy years, Israel has supported it in every way, and America has changed the regimes in the Arab world that threatened Israel. Every American president has called Arab-Islamic countries America’s closest allies but has supported Israel’s anti-Arab policies. America has strongly condemned the human rights violations of the Arab governments but has remained silent on the crimes against humanity of the Israeli government against the Palestinians. Those with whom the holocaust happened have been genocide the Palestinians for seventy years, and the world had vowed to never again. But they are repeating the history of the Holocaust to the Palestinians. A group of Israeli leaders died fighting the Arabs, a group of Israeli leaders died fighting the Palestinians, and now, under the leadership of Benjamin Netanyahu, the war of Palestinian genocide is continuing. The Palestinians asked to stop terrorist attacks on Israel first, after that there will be negotiations with them, Benjamin Netanyahu also took the same tough stance. The Palestinians stopped terrorist attacks in Israel. Then the Jewish settlers in the occupied Palestinian territories started incitement against the Palestinians. In response, the self-defense of the Palestinians is called terrorism. The Netanyahu government bombed Palestinians indiscriminately and destroyed their homes, hospitals, schools, roads, and bridges.   As many presidents have come to America, as many prime ministers have come to Britain, as many presidents have come to France, as many chancellors have come to Germany, they have all asked the Arabs for a two-state solution to the Palestine conflict, but they have not done anything more than that. Rather, the weak and frightened small Arab countries had established diplomatic relations with Israel in the hope that this would help solve the Palestinian problem. But in three years it has not helped an inch, rather, Israel is occupying the land of the Palestinians every day, and even these Arabs who have established relations with Israel have not been able to prevent Israel from grabbing Palestinian land. And now the Biden administration is pushing Saudi Arabia to establish ties with Israel. The Saudi government must take a firm stand on this, and first, Israel should be asked to implement the resolution of the Arab League which is signed by the late King Abdullah and in which, Israel has been asked to first go back to the borders of 1967 and give them the territory of the Arabs, recognize the independent state of the Palestinians.
