Terrorism is not over, nor is the problem of Afghanistan solved. Twenty years of the world are wasted. Now, with America, the world is back to square one. This system of global leadership is proving to be very expensive for the world. In twenty years, three presidents have come and gone and added to the world’s woes, but it will not go for President Trump because he has led a life full of painful trials. And Joe Biden is now the fourth President and surrounded by a whirlpool of internal and external suffering. But looking at terrorism in Afghanistan and around the world, it looks like the Bush-Obama-era is back in the United States. Afghanistan, the Taliban, ISIS are on the radar of the war on terror. if the talking point is not impeachment, then war on terror. while ISIS-A, ISIS-L, ISIS-S are missing from the radar, and ISIS-K is a hot talking point, ISIS-K taking a place in Afghanistan. The role of the CIA is dubious in the war of terror. The CIA could have caught Osama bin Laden in 1998-99 but let him go. After the invasion of Afghanistan, the CIA did not know where bin Laden was. The CIA did not know who made bin Laden’s video messages, where did he make them, and how it became special breaking news on every TV channel in America. Did bin Laden’s videos help end terrorism or did they publicity terrorism? The CIA does not know anything about ISIS in the Arabian Peninsula. Who created ISIS? Who gave them military weapons? If the CIA does not have the answers to these questions, that is why the United States has not been able to eradicate terrorism in 20 years.

Why did CIA Director William Burns go to Afghanistan suddenly? And what was the purpose of a secret meeting with Taliban leaders? It was a very irresponsible and unwise move. The Biden administration has not recognized the Taliban. The Secretary of State has no direct contact with the Taliban. The Taliban and the Biden administration agreed on the issue of foreign nationals’ evacuation. The Taliban were cooperating fully with the United States. The airport was controlled by the US military. There was no obstacle for foreign nationals to go to the airport. They included Afghans who had worked with foreign forces, and they were in the embassy staff. The Taliban have learned a lot in 20 years, when people learn from circumstances, their thinking changes. The Taliban have learned from the mistakes they made in the 1990s. Now, have spoken of peace. The Taliban have spoken of dialogue with all ethnic groups, the Taliban have called for an inclusive government. In which every sect and culture will be represented. The Taliban has announced a general amnesty for all those associated with the previous government. And all government employees have been asked to return to their jobs. There is talk of giving rights to women. The Taliban do not have the powers that the government has, they are trying to unite the nation divided into groups, sects, and nationalities.  There was a glimmer of hope for peace in Afghanistan.

The Taliban were trying to bring all Afghan groups to the peace platform. They were rebuilding their confidence in Afghanistan and let them get out of the war and build peace and their lives. President Biden, on the other hand, sought to complete the evacuation from Afghanistan in the most difficult of circumstances and in the shortest possible time. In this situation, CIA Director William Burns landed in Kabul. News of the CIA director’s secret meeting with Taliban leaders in Kabul was like just a few days before the 2016 election when FBI Director James Comey announced in front of TV cameras that “Hillary Clinton’s important E-Mail has been discovered” and Hillary Clinton lost the election. The CIA director’s secret meeting with the Taliban in Kabul was like a nuclear bomb dropped on Afghanistan’s political turmoil. This was to embarrass President Joe Biden and the Taliban leader. The people of the Ashraf Ghani government’s intelligence and security will not be happy with this meeting. There are countless such people in Kabul, who was captured by the CIA during an operation 20 years ago, they were tortured in the Bagram camp. The CIA also used drones and killed many Afghans. The victims of this CIA policy are everywhere in Afghanistan.

In the current situation in Afghanistan, there is nothing to keep oneself alive, when people are running from Afghanistan, no one would like to come to Afghanistan. Only those would come to Afghanistan who is on any agency or government’s payroll and have their secret mission. US and NATO troops have now left Afghanistan. Afghanistan will no longer be as much of an issue for global peace and stability as it is for the security and stability of the region. The Taliban have assured their neighbors, Russia, and China, that they will not bring 1990 to Afghanistan. Afghan soil will not be used against other countries. The way President Putin has pulled Chechnya out of a situation like Afghanistan. Chechen has eliminated domestic and foreign terrorists, and it has made Chechnya beautiful again. Chechen Muslims now live in peace and happiness. The Taliban should start building Afghanistan on the example of President Putin’s great achievements in Chechnya

It is a great pity that the United States can send a man to the moon but has failed miserably to bring peace to Afghanistan. American children and grandchildren who were infants at the eve of the Afghan war have died in Afghanistan, and Grandpa Joe Biden went to the airport to have their bodies wrapped in the American flag. It is very sad and painful that these American soldiers were three and four years old and as if the Afghan war was waiting for their death for twenty years. And Grandpa Mitt Romney says the Afghan war is on.

The collapse of the Soviet Empire led to the rapid collapse of governments in Eastern Europe. In the same way, governments were falling in the provinces of Afghanistan. The administrative structure of the provinces had disappeared from the scene. Just as people fled from East Germany to West Germany after the fall of the Berlin Wall, just as people fled to the airport after the fall of the government in Kabul. The administrative structure of the state of Afghanistan was reduced to rubble. The NATO military empire has collapsed in Afghanistan. This was NATO’s first military operation in Afghanistan. It took NATO 20 years to conquer Afghanistan, but in the end, NATO has suffered a humiliating defeat. The people of Eastern Europe should now ask their governments why their country is in NATO? Why did They leave the Warsaw Pact under the leadership of the Soviet Union and join NATO under the leadership of the United States? In the concept of military adventurers, they have only half a glass of freedom, and half a glass is full of military adventure. They have been fighting the Afghan war for 20 years. While the Soviet Union fought its own Afghan war, the armies of the Warsaw Pact countries did not come to Afghanistan to help the Soviet Union. These countries now must give 2% of their budget to NATO because of America’s many enemies in the world. President Joe Biden needed $3 trillion for infrastructure project, what was being spent on the Afghan war, it will now be spent on infrastructure. That is why it was so important to free the US treasury from the Afghan war.

The decision to end the Afghan war is 100% correct. If this war has not become a decisive war in 20 years, then when would it be decided to end the war? Those who are speaking out against the decision to end the Afghan war are those who have turned the Military-Industrial Complex into a war establishment between the Pentagon and the State Department, since 9/11 there is closed coordination between Homeland Security and War Establishment. With the end of the Afghan war, this is the message of the re-emergence of ISIS and al-Qaeda. But so far, no government agency has told the American people which countries ISIS invented? And who was providing funds? Today, everyone is being frightened by the threat that al-Qaeda and ISIS will come to Afghanistan. But today those who are spreading these fears, where were they ten years ago? When the United States and NATO were going to attack Libya and President Gaddafi and his intelligence chief were saying that al-Qaeda that al-Qaeda wants to overthrow their government and establish an Islamic state in Libya, but the Obama administration and NATO ignored the Gaddafi government’s statements. Subsequent events proved that the Obama administration and NATO were dead wrong, and the Gaddafi government was right.

Those in the former administration whose advice has led to one defeat after another in the United States. These people claim democratic principles, but they suggest military solutions to political problems. Now, they say the United States should keep its troops in Afghanistan, just as it has in South Korea, Japan, and Germany for 50-70 years. They still do not understand that Afghanistan is not South Korea, Japan, or Germany. Moreover, the United States does not provoke South Korea against North Korea. Nor does it conspire with Japan against North Korea. US troops have been in Afghanistan for 20 years. In the Afghan war, the United States had made Pakistan a front-line ally. Pakistan provided transit facilities for US-NATO military supplies to Afghanistan. But then the US-India strategic relationship turned against Pakistan. India had started using the territory of Afghanistan against Pakistan. Bombs were exploding in Pakistan, people in Pakistan were dying of terrorism, and the United States has accused Pakistan of backing terrorists and defending India. whenever Pakistan provided evidence of India’s involvement in terrorism to the Obama administration, the reaction of the United States has always been cold.

US troops have been in the Middle East for over 60 years- let the world look at a map of the Middle East and the region of Japan, South Korea, and North Korea, and compare the military role in the two different regions of the United States itself. The United States have not pursued a policy of destabilizing North Korea over the nuclear issue. Japan and South Korea have valued economic stability. Israel was greatly protected by the US military presence in the Middle East. Perhaps, Israel had an understanding that the Israel- Palestine conflict would never be solved in the presence of the US military here. Israel attacked Iraq in the US military presence, Israel invaded Lebanon, Israel attacked Syria, Israeli military operations in the Occupied Palestinian Territories are a daily occurrence. US troops came to maintain peace and stability in the Middle East, because the economic development of the industrialized countries depend on the oil of this region. But in the same region, the Iraq-Iran war was fought for nine years in the US military presence in the region. The US and Gulf rulers supported President Saddam Hussein in this war. The United States, Israel, and Western countries have sold billions of dollars worth of weapons to Iraq and Iran for nine years. Then, in the presence of US troops in the Middle East, Iraq invaded Kuwait and occupied Kuwait over the dispute over oil wells in Iraq and Kuwait. Then, in the Gulf, US troops invaded Iraq and liberated Kuwait. Saudi Arabia paid $90 billion and Kuwait $100 billion to the United States to liberate Kuwait. 10 years of the worst sanctions in human history on Iraq, half a million innocent babies died within few days of birth due to a shortage of medicines in hospitals. The UN report details the impact of economic sanctions on Iraq.

Then in 2003, when President Bush learned that there were no more deadly weapons in Iraq, at the same time, the United States invaded Iraq with full force. Iraq’s neighboring Gulf states included US naval and air bases. The US command and control system was here. Due to the blockade imposed on Iraq for ten years, Iraq had nothing to defend itself. US and British troops infiltrated Iraq at full speed, the United States occupied Iraq and established their own government in Baghdad. Shiite-Sunni riots erupted in Baghdad under US rule. The Bush administration was considering dividing Iraq into Shiite, Sunni, and Kurdish. Christian churches began to be attacked. Iraq peace was destroyed. Iraq is mired in instability. The United States have several thousand troops in Iraq. Terrorists from Iraq were going to Iran, bombs were exploding in Iran, hundreds of Iranians were killed in the attacks. After the US-led NATO invaded and destabilized Libya, then the state of Syria was also destroyed, and become ground zero. The terrorists were given new bases to operate in Iraq, Syria, and Libya. The United States and Europe condemned terrorism in Israel, but they helped them in Syria and Libya.

Today, the world is watching as people from Afghanistan gather at the airport and board planes. Eight years ago, people from Syria and Libya were fleeing to Europe for refuge. Boats laden with men, women, and children were crossing the Mediterranean to reach Europe, if the boats overturned on the way, their bodies were carried to the shores of Europe by the waves of the sea. Will the United States and NATO countries say that it was their fault that their country, their home, and their family were destroyed and ruined? It is said that US troops are in South Korea, Japan, and Germany. But US troops are also in Turkey. Turkey is said to be an important NATO country. But the Obama administration continues to provide military training to Turkish Kurds, despite opposition from Turkey, which Turkey considered terrorists. The Obama administration was lying that the Kurds would fight ISIS. but Kurds were attacking Turkey, bomb blasts were reported in Ankara and In Istanbul, hundreds of Turks were killed in the terrorism. NATO countries were destabilizing one of their members. In July 2016, some military officers tried unsuccessfully to overthrow President Tayyip Erdogan under the President Obama administration. This was the attitude of the US and NATO military alliance towards Turkey.

The US military presence in the Middle East has given rise to a war to keep every country engaged. Some countries have been given a war to keep fighting among themselves. Some countries have given up the fight to keep fighting al-Qaeda. Al-Qaeda has opened new branches in North Africa and now North African countries are engaged in fighting these terrorist groups. Al-Qaeda has become ISIS when it was weak and unpopular. ISIS is an army, it has the best weapons and military vehicles, and military uniforms. The global media of NATO countries publicizes ISIS in the world. Some secret hand paid to keep ISIS alive. Saudi Arabia has been at war with Yemen for almost seven years. Saudi Arabia’s oil revenues are used to buy weapons. Arabs are intimidated by Iran by saying that Iran’s influence in the Middle East is increasing. However, there are US military bases in the Middle East, and there are US troops in Germany, but European countries are not told that Germany’s influence in Europe is growing. Germany’s power is rising. All politics and military activities in the Middle East are based on lies.

The  Afghan war could have ended in 20 months. Afghans had no war with the United States. When they were fighting with the Soviets, Vice President George H. Bush told them, "You are right and God is with you." Twenty years later, President George W. Bush, the son of George H. Bush, has vowed to eliminate the Taliban, and God is with him. To that end, President Bush appointed Zalmay Khalilzad as the US ambassador to Afghanistan in 2004. He set the stage for a long war to completely eliminate the Taliban from Afghanistan. Then, 14 years later, President Donald Trump told Zalmay Khalilzad that the war with the Taliban was hurting us. Now let's talk to the Taliban to end the war. President Trump has named Zalmay Khalilzad as a special envoy for peace in Afghanistan. After months of negotiations, an agreement was reached with the Taliban to end the war in Afghanistan. Khalilzad could have made the same deal in 2004. But Dick Cheney & CO. had a plan to continue the 50-year war on terror, and Vice President Dick Cheney's statement is on record.

It is very easy for the war establishment in Washington to plan and execute war against a country. But they do not understand the political and social psychology of the people of that country. The United States has spent 20 years in Afghanistan. But it has not yet been understood Afghanistan. It is one of the poorest countries in the world. The tribal system has deep roots, religiously is a very rigid society. It has been at war for 40 years; 200,000 Afghans have been killed in 40 years. In the last 20 years, every Afghan family member has been killed in US bombs, B-52s, F-35s, drone strikes, house-to-house battles. Who were not Taliban, they were Afghan citizens, their children were killed, their elders were killed, their women were killed, their men were killed, the Kabul government did nothing for them, now people from the same Afghan families had come to the army not to fight for the government but to get jobs. There were also incidents of Afghan soldiers attacking troops, after which the security of the Afghan troops entering the US military base was tightened. For 20 years, the President of the United States, the Secretary of States, the Secretary of Defense, and other senior officials have been visiting Afghanistan is unannounced. The President only visited the American Bagram airbase, and the Afghan president comes to Bagram to meet him. The president would spend a few hours in Bagram airbase and return to Washington. This is the situation in Afghanistan for 20 years, which has been underneath the Iranian rugs. The Afghan government, US commanders, generals, and diplomates were sitting on it. The situation in Afghanistan is no different whenever and wherever there is a solution. The result will be the same.

In politics and business, if the first decision is right, then the later all decisions are also right. If the first decision is wrong, then the later all decisions will also be wrong. The first decision of George W. Bush, his national security team, and his advisers on Afghanistan was wrong. The decision was based on lies, the facts were distorted, the war was designed. The Taliban and al-Qaeda were partners in the Afghan jihad. Who fought the Soviet communist forces and were called Mujahideen. They were trained in jihad in CIA camps in Pakistan. Osama bin Laden, Mullah Omar, and thousands of jihadists from the Arab Islamic world had obtained degrees from the CIA’s Pakistani camp. These jihadists had defeated the communist army in Afghanistan. The United States has said it shot down the Soviet empire without firing a single shot. The United States has not looked back on Afghanistan. Afghan jihadists become Taliban, and the Arab jihadists become Al-Qaeda. Arab governments have refused these jihadists to entered the country. These Arab jihadists came to Afghanistan and settled there.

The United States was not attacked from Afghanistan. The 9/11 attack was a high-tech attack planned by highly experienced people. Airports, locations, flight departures from different airports were studied. Such a large project could not have been built in the ruins of Afghanistan. It must be the invention of the technologically advanced minds who invented drones that operated thousands of miles away and targeted people. However, Afghanistan was dragged into the politics of 9/11 and made it the mother of all wars in the world. In 20 years, there was no evidence that the Taliban were global terrorists. There is no evidence that ISIS had links to the Taliban. Young Muslims from the United States, Europe and other parts of the world came to Iraq and Syria to fight with ISIS for the establishment of an Islamic state, but no Taliban from Afghanistan went to Iraq or Syria. US media and political pundits are claiming that ISIS and al-Qaeda will come to Afghanistan. Afghans have learned the lesson of waging jihad on their soil with the CIA and foreign jihadists, now they will not make such a mistake in a thousand years.

The fact is that corruption in Afghanistan has increased in the presence of the US military. Drug production and trade began. The Bush administration distributed briefcases full of dollars to Afghan warlords to eliminate the Taliban. The Bush administration has announced that anyone who captures al-Qaeda terrorists from Pakistan and Afghanistan and hand them over to the United States will be paid $5,000. It was a bribe. Corruption in Afghanistan was started by the Bush administration. People took $5,000 and handed over people to the United States who had nothing to do with al-Qaeda. They had never heard of al-Qaeda, they did not know who Osama bin Laden was? But on the TV channel’s Sunday Morning Show, Vice President Dick Cheney said that three thousand highly dangerous al-Qaeda terrorists have been captured from Afghanistan and they are being investigated in Guantanamo Bay. The Obama administration found that many of them were innocent, also including 70- and 80-years old Afghan grandpas. Everywhere people are suffering from corruption and lies.

The Philippines, US, Japanese Forces Conduct Joint beach landing drill in the South China Sea

The Philippines and US boost defense ties, tension in the South China Sea

Was Russia’s intervention in the United States a reality or was it a myth? The reality before the world is that freedom and the democratic system are intact in the United States, if anyone wants to see an intervention, look at Hong Kong, look at Iran, look at Lebanon, look at Syria, look at Libya, look at Yemen, look at Iraq, and this is called intervention. Whenever and wherever the United States has intervened, it has done so in the interest of its own foreign policy, and people face the serious consequences of this intervention. Now Hong Kong has had a Freedom and Democratic system for 25 years under one country and two systems, and this system has been working very successfully. This system maintained the economic and political status quo in Hong Kong. The United States interfered with Hong Kong for its foreign policy and political purposes. Though Hong Kong’s business community has been urging  Beijing to crack down on vandals and looters, spreading the lawlessness of these miscreants costs Hong Kong billions of dollars. The miscreants were seeking the help of the United States for Freedom and Democracy and were appealing to the United States to act against China. The United States was just exploiting Hong Kong’s domestic politics in the interests of its foreign policy. The US backing of anarchists made China’s attitude towards Hong Kong even tougher, seeing the growing US interference in China’s internal affairs, the Chinese government enacted the Patriot Act in Hong Kong in the face of national security threats. As a result of this irresponsible US policy, under the one-country, two-system freedom in Hong Kong also came to an end. In one country, two systems, the people of Hong Kong had the freedom not to live in fear.

In Iran, the people try to bring about political change through a political process, but even here, US intervention thwarts their efforts. Israel and its lobby are behind the intervention. In Iran, on the other hand, there is a political tug-of-war between moderate and ultra-right religious groups. The United States has always considered it a political act to support rioters in Iranian cities for freedom in Iran. This attitude of the United States weakens the moderates, in Iran’s cities, rioters are crushed, and the ultra-religious become stronger. The US policy in the world has hurt the US, in some places the United States destroys the status quo, in some places the United States supports the status quo, and in between there is loud talk of freedom and democracy.

In 1997, Mohammed Khatami was the moderate president, he made some economic and political reforms in Iran. President Clinton sought to restore relations with Iran. Secretary Madeleine Albright apologized to Iran for plotting to overthrow Dr. Mossadegh’s democratic government in the 1950s. Secretary Madeleine Albright also visited Tehran, but the diplomatic process to restore US-Iranian relations become a tragedy for US domestic and Israeli lobby’s politics. President Mohammed Khatami had failed to promote moderate-liberal policies. Hardline ideologue Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was elected president. The United States and Israel have intensified their propaganda campaign against Iran, both of which have become prisoners of this policy. The United States was not liberating Israel from an antagonistic attitude toward Iran, nor was Israel allowing the United States to get out of it. The United States and Israel were under the illusion that the Iranian people would take to the streets against the mullahs. The Western media will give special coverage to their agitation, and the mullah system in Iran will end. Cold War days are gone with the winds. The US-Israel Cold War mentality of changing governments through street riots will never succeed. The Iranian people will not go to the past to change the government undemocratic way, and now they have the examples of Iraq, Syria, Libya, and they do not want to see Iran on the list. However, the United States and Israel continued to incite Iranians to revolt against the government. The Iranian people want to see political change in the current system. Therefore, in every election, the people try to elect moderate candidates. But the problem is that the US’s pro-Israel Iran policy protects the ultra-conservatives from being weakened in Iran and moderate are lost the elections. If the United States had continued to implement the nuclear deal with Iran, and economic activities in Iran were promoted under this agreement, modernism would have been popular in Iran and the path to political change would have been paved. But the United States uses Warmonger’s brain and talks about the political solution. The result is that the United States is defeated on both war and political fronts.

Who destroyed Iraq, Syria, and Libya? They were the most liberal, progressive, and secular country. They were highly educated and talented societies. They were religiously socialized. Muslims and Christians have lived here peacefully for centuries. The government gave everyone equal economic rights. There was no discrimination between Muslims and Christians. Will the United States and Europe explain why these countries have been destroyed?

Lebanon was the only place in the Middle East where there was freedom and democracy. Christians, Sunnis, Shiites ruled together. The Lebanese constitution recognized equal rights for all. Hezbollah was popular with the Lebanese people because it liberated southern Lebanon from Israel and was a front-line militia in Lebanon’s defense against Israeli aggression. Besides, Hezbollah had no role against anyone in the region. Hezbollah had a positive role in Lebanon’s politics. Lebanon had political and economic stability for almost two decades. But US-Israel intervention in Lebanon also increased, at Israel’s request, the United States declared Hezbollah a terrorist organization. Which led to chaos in Lebanese politics.

Europe, the United States and NATO were united against Russia, NATO had cordoned off the area around Russia, Russia was threatened with stockpiling nuclear weapons on its borders. Weapons were being sold to Ukraine. Russia has also had to abandon freedom and take security measures for its own country. In China, along with economic development, political development was also taking shape. Social media was gaining popularity among China’s younger generation. Mobile phone use was spreading rapidly. In China, the president’s term was set at two terms. China was moving in the right direction in terms of economic development and political reform. After the arrival of Russian troops in Syria, US military activity in the Middle East was reduced, but US military activity in the South China Sea had expanded. Military exercises were being held with China’s neighbors. India had locked up freedom and democracy in its country and joined the US in military exercises near China. The trade war against China had begun, because of the growing hostility of the United States against China, the Chinese government postponed political reforms, impose some restrictions on social media. the term of the President has been extended indefinitely. It was a setback to freedom and democracy.

Former President Hamid Karzai and President Ashraf Ghani

Taliban for Peace

President George W. Bush in White House with President Pervez Musharraf, President Hamid Karzai

For 20 years, US and coalition forces have failed in Afghanistan, and with them, two Afghan governments, Hamid Karzai and Ashraf Ghani has also failed. How did it happen? The US military defended the Kabul government and it failed, the Kabul government supported the US military presence in Afghanistan, and now all have failed together. President Ashraf Ghani did not learn from the failures of President Hamid Karzai, after the failure of the Hamid Karzai government, the United States did not stop Ashraf Ghani from following his predecessor's path. Whenever innocent Afghans were killed in US military operations against the Taliban under the Karzai government, the Taliban were gaining ground and the Kabul government was loose politically and the US was loose militarily. The Kabul government should have kept away the role of foreign troops in internal affairs, the Kabul government should have assumed its political and security responsibilities. Efforts to bring the Taliban into the political arena should have started ten years ago, and the responsibility for establishing peace and security in Afghanistan would be given to the civil agencies. The US gives Afghan leaders the impression that 300, 000 Afghan soldiers and airmen have been trained. Now they will fight the Taliban.

Ashraf Ghani has said in parliament that “the war with the Taliban has now begun.” Meanwhile, news has come from Washington that B-52 planes will act against the Taliban initiative. The US military has bombed parts of Afghanistan, inciting the Taliban to retaliate on the one hand, and trying to sabotage the US agreement with the Taliban on the other. The status quo that has come to Afghanistan in 20 years due to US and NATO military presence suits the Kabul government, the warlords, and the drug mafia. Therefore, the current and previous governments have not made any sincere efforts for peace in Afghanistan.

The Trump administration has been negotiating with the Taliban for peace in Afghanistan for almost a year. The Taliban’s first demand was the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan. The Trump administration accepted the demand, and the Taliban complied with the US’s demands. Now President Ashraf Ghani says President Biden has “hastily decided to withdraw troops.” The agreement called for the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan on May 1, 2021, but President Biden decided it on September 1st. The Ashraf Ghani government was so indifferent to peace efforts. President Ashraf Ghani may not have believed that the United States would reach a peace agreement with the Taliban. The Taliban has gained international support through an agreement with the United States. Britain has said it is ready to work with the Taliban, China said the Taliban has a role in the government. After a few visits to Russia and China, the Taliban’s thinking has changed, and said they do not want a war with the government but a solution to the Afghan problem through political dialogue. In Afghanistan, they do not want more blood-shedding, they have cleared their position.

There are some rogue Taliban among the Taliban, who are against negotiations with the government. Some Taliban are in various warlord’s militias. The real picture of what is happening in Afghanistan now is not in front of the world. It could also be Hekmatyar’s Islamic party, which is conquering Afghan provinces by waving Islamic state’s flags on motorcycles. They are discrediting the Taliban. In this situation, President Ashraf Ghani’s declining political position is getting recover. And those in the United States who are opposed to withdrawing troops from Afghanistan will be right. Afghanistan is a tragedy of human history.

Twenty years ago, President Hamid Karzai accused Pakistan of supporting the Taliban’s activities in Afghanistan, and now, 20 years later, President Ashraf Ghani has also accused Pakistan of supporting the Taliban. However, Qatar also has ties to the Taliban. Qatar has allowed the Taliban to open an office in Doha. The Taliban were also active in Afghanistan from Qatar. But the blame game is only on the part of Pakistan. I wrote in a newspaper in Pakistan at the beginning of the Afghan war in 2001 that it would be a long war, Pakistan will be embroiled in this war. There are two million Afghan refugees in Pakistan, the Taliban are among the refugees. They will go to Afghanistan and detonate bombs there, then there are the enemies of Pakistan in Afghanistan, they will send terrorists to bomb Pakistan. The Afghan government and the United States, instead of dealing with Pakistan joined hands with India and destabilized Pakistan. Israel, India, and the United States aimed to remove nuclear weapons from Pakistan. I wrote that the Musharraf government should one day close all the buses in Pakistan and fill the Afghan refugees in these buses and leave them on the Afghan border and close the borders completely. President General Pervez Musharraf had decided to send Afghan refugees to Afghanistan. President Hamid Karzai disagreed with Pakistan’s decision was that the Afghan government did not have the resources to resettle and employ these Afghans, until then, Pakistan should keep them. President George W. Bush invited President Pervez Musharraf and President Hamid Karzai to the White House. And he had personally asked President Musharraf to keep Afghan refugees in Pakistan, saying that the situation in Afghanistan was not yet conducive to taking back those Afghans. President Musharraf accepted President Bush’s request. President Hamid Karzai returned to Kabul and the next day stated that the Taliban are in Pakistan, they come to Afghanistan from Pakistan and detonate bombs here. President Georg W. Bush has left, and President Barack Obama was the new Commander-in-Chief.

President Obama valued President Karzai’s allegations against Pakistan. Indian leaders had made it clear to President Obama that Pakistan was the root cause of terrorism. There are terrorist training camps in Pakistan. Instead of focusing on Afghanistan, President Obama focused on Pakistan. Part B of the Afghanistan war was Pakistan. Pakistan had fought a fierce war against foreign intervention and global terrorists. Thousands of Pakistani soldiers and civilians were killed in the war. Pakistan’s crime was that it helped the United States and the western bloc in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union. This is instructive politics for countries like Pakistan. The lesson is never again.
